Bialla Vineyards in Napa’s Atlas Peak area, has been sold to an unidentified Hong Kong buyer for $3.2 million in cash.
Bialla was created by Vito Bialla, who also owns Bialla and Associates, Inc., an executive search company in Sausalito.
The property was listed for sale for $3.4 million. According to broker Dick Wood, Bialla owned the property for 10 years. He built the winery, which includes a cave wine cellar and tasting room, Wood said.
The property totals 15.37 acres, including 4.5 acres of vines and a reservoir. It also features a 2,050 square-foot home, 800 square-foot guest quarters, stone patios, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, pool and spa. The Bialla brand and inventory were not included in the sale, Wood said.
The winery is at 4088 Atlas Peak Road in Napa.
