St. Helena library director leaving job
St. Helena Library Director Larry Hlavsa has announced his resignation, effective July 20.
Hlavsa, who will return to his home state of Minnesota with his three children, said that he made the decision for family reasons, not because of any negative experiences with his job or library or city staff.
The library will hold a goodbye reception for Hlavsa at 6 p.m. July 12, at the library. To attend, R.S.V.P. to 963-5244./Register
