" I think the most exciting Big Game I have ever seen was that 99' Big Game. That catch by Grant Jacka in the back of the end zone was amazing! "

" I remember in my Jr. year (the 1997-98 school year) of high school when Clint Semrau did a handoff double reverse to Conrad Alvarez to his brother Daniel Alvarez for a 50 yard rushing touchdown against Napa to seal up the shut out over Napa 32-0. That will be the memory I will never forget of seeing the Alvarez brothers (Conrad & Daniel) on the varsity football team at Vintage High School against their loyal cousin Ramon Ochoa at Napa High School. " One of the most exciting and biggest memories Napa HIgh Football fans have incuding myself is the 2003 Big Game when Kevin Robledo returned the opening kickoff for a touchdown. With all the drama that went down with his transfer to napa from vintage it was something great to see and should still be remember throught out this big game week. with all the good players that have came out these past years I dont think anyone will see something like what Robledo did that year. Great player and a great play to be remembered. He's also cousins with Conrad, Daniel Alvarez and Ramon Ochoa so they are a big football family. "

" I think the '97 big game was my favorite. The Vintage offense was exciting that year and multi-dimensional and Conrad Alvarez capped off what was the best season and probably high school career of any football player this town has ever seen. "

" Grant Jacka? Conrad Alvarez? Dont get me wrong.. those were some good players - (esp Conrad), but neither of the games they played in were 'greatest' games... or were they the best players in history. Boyett was more spectacular than both of those.

But the best game was easily 82. period. "
