" I am so disgusted that another drunk driver has injured someone. I hope the victim survives fully and the drunk driver is prosecuted. My Dad was hit head-on by a drunk driver in Napa in July and the driver was released from the hospital and is nowhere to be found. He was illegal, unlicensed, and uninsured...also had 2 priors in the preceeding 6 months. "

" When are we going to go after the establishments that allow these folks to get extremely intoxicated. I have been at wine tasting rooms where there are plenty of people that are way beyond drunk. "

" Jeepracer10 you really think its responsibility of the business owners to baby sit there customers? What is the legal limit BAC .08 so after approximately 4 drinks they are supposed to cut everyone off? If not than how drunk is to drunk? Should they fill out a form stating if there driving or not? Then check in with said business owner every 20minutes? How about people take some responsibility for there own actions. These people all know its illegal to drive drunk they are the ones at fault. " i agree with se-r_tech. this is so ridiculous, especially for a woman of her age. she should definitely know better. if a drunk driver hit me i would beat the living crap out of them (assuming that im not dead!!). it pisses me off that these irresponsible sob's are driving drunk and risking the lives of innocent people.
