" Anyone know of a radio station that will play corresponding music during the firework display in Napa? "

" wow- this year's street activities were pathetic. the only things for kids were a booth selling lightup gadgets, the vendor check-out with items from oriental trading co, and airbrush temporay tattoos (do those count in kids things?) where were pb&j's or rockzilla? where was scientopia or any of the gymnastics places? granted we got here at 7:00, but any earlier and a 4yr old will drive you crazy asking when the fireworks start! i thought this year was supposed to be so much better?!?1?! what happened? "

" NVR: why did you leave out the Napa Fairgrounds fireworks and Robert Mondavi fireworks? "

" okay... while the street fair portion was pathetic, the fireworks were pretty spectacular- especially the finale. so for that, i say way to go city of napa! "

" You can definatley tell that we are in some bad economic times..Silverado fireworks were very boring and the Vets home tonight was better. The highlight of the day was spending time with family and friends relaxing. No matter how bad the economy is, there are still ways to spend quality time with the ones you love and for that I am grateful. "

" The fireworks were wonderful. The finale was spectacular. What ruined the evening for me was getting out of the 5th street parking garage. I was parked on the 2nd level and intentionally backed in to my parking space to make leaving easier.

I was amazed at the behavior of the car I exited my space in front of. They paused when the cars finally started moving, so I took my space in line. The driver of the car behind me tailgated me and flashed their high beams at me the whole way down to the exit. They failed to let even one car exit their parking space or file into line coming down from the upper level if it meant they were going to get in front of them. They were determined to be "first" although "first" was long since gone! How childish can you be? You set a horrible example for the child with you in the front seat of your car. We'were all just trying to accomplish the same thing - exit the parking lot and go home.

Thanks for ruining my evening and reminding me that not everyone is as courteous or thoughtful as they should be in such situations. I hope you accomplished whatever it was you were attempting to by harassing me the whiole way out of the parking garage. You should be embarassed and ashamed. "

" I was again disappointed with Napa's festivities. However, I know it's tough to be critical with the times the way they are. The free bouncy rides were great for the kids. The live music was fun. The Yountville Vets home really turned it on for the younger patriots with several free games with fun prizes, and the food was priced right for a change. Most things were under $2. The Napa Fairgrounds fireworks finale was really good this year. I have to say props Napa for the great show! Happy Birthday America. "
