A Napa man is in jail following his arrest on suspicion of felony DUI and felony hit-and-run Monday evening.

Napa Police responded around 8 p.m. Monday to a crash at the intersection of Brown Street and Lincoln Avenue before the driver allegedly responsible for the crash left the scene.
A bystander tailed the alleged driver — Jesus Crigo Espinoza — who later “displayed ...symptoms of being under the influence of alcohol,” according to police.

Officers did not release the name of the crash victims, who suffered minor injuries that were treated at the scene, police say. Police arrested and booked Espinoza, 62, at the county jail.

" that's funny jack....

"...and this little piggy went weee weee weee all the way home!"

What's worse is when my friend got run down while walking, carrying two bags of groceries and his baby in a backpack, the NVR did not post a single word about it...

It happened two weeks ago now. My friend and his son are ok, but why no word from NVR? It happened at Claremont and Trancas.

Dan? Care to address this? "

" someguy - that is disturbing that something involving a pedestrian and a small child did not make the paper. Seems as though many less signifigant events are covered here on a regular basis. "

" someguy and lexme, these kinds of things and much worse have been happening all over and there is nothing in the paper. I try to post comments regularly asking why and my comments aren't posted or answered. none of my comments seem to be posting anymore....and I never get a response as to why.... "
