McEntee asked Napa Superior Court Judge Stephen Kroyer for more time and receives six weeks ?
This is why are court system is going bankrupt, to much power in one mans hands.
Kroyer should step down, let a more experienced Judge take his place and move on with this open and shut case. "

" This is way to convinient, the fac that thr trail is being delayed will give people time to make up any excuse to what really happen. There is too many things to ask. for example many of you guys know that calistoga is not a big town there is probably for routes to get in and out if so and how does this girl not have time to arrive at a police station when mr. Uribe is on foot and she is in her silver BMW as she stated. and how does she get all the way to santa rose but doesnt have time to make a phone call to the police to tell them she is been followed. There are way too many things that are not very logic to the case, and the fact that she was seen in Napa with Mr. Uribe and her 2 kids (whom hopefully should be geting help and beeing watch very close over by cps) 2 weeks prior to the incidents doesnt back up her story. I believe there is alot to the story that is not beeing said and it really should be, bacuse it is not fair for this young guy Mr. Carrillo to finish his life the way that ended. life is not fair no one has stated that but we as a community should try to make it fair.
