Napa Police officers responding to the report of a disturbance Sunday ended up arresting a Napa man on suspicion of drug charges.

At 3:55 p.m., officers responded to Lincoln and Soscol avenues to the report of a disturbance, police said. Officers arrived and spoke with Jesus Valdez, 28, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

Officers searched Valdez and found suspected methamphetamine, police said.

He was booked on suspicion of drug possession and being under the influence of drugs at the Napa County Department of Corrections.
