With a snip of an oversized pair of scissors, on Wednesday The Wiseman Company officially introduced its third Class A commercial building in downtown Napa.
Two tenants have been announced for the mixed-use building, located at 1300 Main St.
The first floor has been leased to “celebrity chef” Hal Yamashita, who will make his U.S. debut with his 10th restaurant worldwide.
Chef Hal has appeared on multiple national television appearances in his native Japan, and is friends with Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto, who has a restaurant down the street in Napa. Others are located in Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Dubai.
Other tenants include Cornerstone Cellars within the first floor’s retail space and a large medical organization occupying office space on an upper floor.
“This is our third Class A building in downtown Napa...and we feel lucky to have been part of downtown Napa’s commercial real estate landscape,” said Doyle Wiseman, CEO, The Wiseman Company. “Those who took part in its creation are really proud of their accomplishments.”
On Wednesday more than 100 people gathered with Council Member Scott Sedgley to officially cut the ribbon for the newest commercial real estate building in downtown Napa. The three-story building includes 21,000 square feet.
The building features a state-of-the-art energy management system, a controlled after-hours keyless access, high quality building materials and other safety features, said a news release.
“Besides the entire project team at The Wiseman Company, we wish to thank the amazing design team at TWM Architects and Planners, and the professionals at Descor Builders, who are still literally putting the cornerstone pieces up on the building. This has been a great team effort,” said Brian Wills, COO, The Wiseman Company.
