Spelletich Family Wine Company and JF Hillebrand, USA, Inc. are relocating to Napa Valley Commons after signing leases totaling nearly 23,000 square feet, with a combined value that exceeds $2 million, announced Napa Valley Commons POA Board of Directors President Kory Kramer.
“The recent upgrades in new landscaping and the rebranding of the park to Napa Valley Commons to better reflect the expanding tenant base that currently includes hospitality, retail and commercial, is resonating with wine-related concerns in the valley. These two new tenants are indicative of that movement, and we expect that transition to continue as we move forward,” Kramer said.
