"Extremis" ~ December NVUU Death Positive Event

A look at end-of-life care and the moral dilemma facing families dealing with a terminally ill loved one. Directed by Dan Krauss, the film features Dr. Jessica Zitter, her patients and families, as they make end-of-life decisions in Oakland's Highland Hospital ICU.

The 20 minute documentary short, will be followed by a discussion of Advanced Health Care Directives facilitated by Suzanne Schiff, former program director, now volunteer for HONORING CHOICES NAPA VALLEY, offering an opportunity to learn how we may take control of our own health care decisions.
