The UC Master Gardeners of Napa County invite the community to join them for a public gardening workshop, “Growing Groceries in your Back Yard.” This workshop will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018, 9:30 am — 11:30 am at the UCCE Meeting Room, 1710 Soscol Avenue, Napa. A second workshop will be held on Sunday, March 11, 2018, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the Yountville Community Center, 6516 Washington Street, Yountville.

Do you want nutritious, easy to grow and utterly fresh food from your garden this summer? Our UC Master Gardener workshop offers growing basics and hands on activities to help home gardeners learn new varieties, and review old favorites, to enjoy from the garden straight to the table. The delight of growing your own groceries is matched by savoring them at harvest.

For the Napa location workshop the charge is $5 person, and you can register online at For the Yountville location workshop the charge is $12 per person, or only $10 for Yountville residents.
