The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone is offering a class from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday to teach the proper wine tasting techniques used by professionals. Led by Traci Dutton, a sommelier, wine judge, and the manager of public wine studies at the CIA, students will learn about the important wine attributes to note, and the fundamental aromas and tastes that determine quality in wine. The fee is $95.
