Rutherford Wine Co.’s Predator Old Vine Zinfandel won the “Label Sweepstakes” award at the 2014 San Francisco Chronicle’s annual wine competition for its distinctive wine label, depicting a ladybug. The label beat out more than 5,500 entries from more than 25 states. Only seven entries were honored with the Sweepstakes Award in categories of Sparkling, White, Pink, Red, Dessert, Specialty and Label.
