A call is being put out to writers, poets, actors and performers looking to tell their stories to a live audience at the second annual Storytelling Speakeasy this April.
Calistoga is host to Sarafornia, a four-day celebration of the arts as part of Arts in April, and is again hosting the Storytelling Speakeasy at Tank Garage Winery on Saturday, April 7, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. The event will be free to attend, with wine available for purchase by the glass.
“We plan to work with artists, writers and storytellers across disciplines to bring together a night of high-quality storytelling. We are looking for interesting stories that give flight to what it means to live and be human,” said organizer Dominic Triglia in a statement.
“We are currently accepting digital submissions from storytellers who would like to participate. If you’d like to share a story,” contact Triglia at email@example.com or 490-9988.
