A woman was arrested Thursday night in the 1100 block of Mitzi Drive in Calistoga on suspicion of methamphetamine possession and other violations, police said.
At about 10:35 p.m., police saw Monica Barajas Reyes, 36, of Santa Rosa, driving around businesses in a minivan with its headlights off, Calistoga Police Sgt. Matt Freese said. Officers contacted Reyes as she sat in the 2002 Nissan Quest on Mitzi Drive, police said.
Reyes, who was wanted on a warrant out of Marin County, admitted possessing crystal methamphetamine, Freese said. Officers found about 0.5 grams of suspected methamphetamine in the vehicle, in the center console area, he said. A suspected methamphetamine pipe was also found inside the vehicle, police said.
Reyes was booked into the Napa County jail on suspicion of driving on a suspended license, possessing a controlled substance and possessing drug paraphernalia, police said.
