Napa Sheriff’s Deputies along with Calistoga and Napa Police Officers served search warrants at 9 a.m. Thursday on four locations in Calistoga as part of an investigation into a burglary that occurred in January in the unincorporated area outside the city limits, authorities said.
No one was arrested.
Police activity occurred on Aurora Drive, two residences in the 1400 block on Myrtle Street and the 900 block of Washington Street, police said. The warrants were served without incident.
The searches were on burglary suspects who were believed to be armed, said Napa County Sheriff’s Capt. Tracey Stuart. SWAT teams secured three locations for investigations. No SWAT team was present at the Washington Street location. The investigation is continuing, Stuart said.
The SWAT team helped the Investigations unit looking for subjects possibly in possession of stolen guns, according to the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.
