Napa Valley CanDo has announced this year’s orientation for Napa County nonprofits considering applying to participate in the 2018 Napa Valley Give!Guide.
In past years, this initial gathering has been mandatory for all nonprofits. This year that has changed.
This year, sending a representative to the orientation is mandatory for three groups: 1) nonprofits that have never appeared in the Give!Guide, 2) nonprofits that appeared in the past, but did not participate in 2017, and 3) nonprofits that participated in 2017, but have new staff members or volunteers designated to coordinate the project.
To reserve a spot, RSVP online by April 27 at https://bit.ly/2pScde1.
Interested nonprofits may attend either of two sessions on May 3 from 10:30 a.m.- noon at the Napa County Library, 580 Coombs St., Napa, or from 3:30-5 p.m. at Rianda House, 1475 Main St., St. Helena.
The Give!Guide is collaborative venture orchestrated for the past five years by Napa Valley CanDo volunteers. To date, the Give!Guide has raised awareness and $1.4 million for nonprofits serving Napa County.
