Emily Jane Bryden and Micah Cheroff Redding, both of Napa, were wed July 9 at Alexander Valley Community Hall in Geyserville, California.
The bride is the daughter of John Charles Bryden and Mary Elaine LoBuono Bryden of South Lake Tahoe, California. She is a 2002 graduate of Vintage High School and attended Browns Valley Elementary and Redwood Middle School. She is a 2006 graduate of California State University, Chico with a BA in liberal studies, with a concentration in Spanish. She earned a multilingual, multiple-subject teaching credential from CSU, Chico in 2007. She works as a third-grade teacher in the Napa Valley Unified School District.
The groom is the son of Jeanie Cheroff Redding and Jeffrey Robert Redding of Napa (previously of Santa Cruz). He is a 2002 graduate of Napa Valley Community High School and attended Northwood Elementary and Redwood Middle School. He is a 2014 graduate of Sonoma State University with a BA in earth science and a minor in paleontology. He earned a single-subject teaching credential from SSU in 2015. He works as a seventh-grade teacher in the Napa Valley Unified School District.
The bride and groom both attended the same preschool at the First Presbyterian Church in Napa in 1988.
Bridesmaids at the ceremony were Abigail Arnason, Daniela Bazán, Megan Anderson,0 Hannah Redding, Sophie Redding, Carrie Taylor and Erin Redding.
Ushers were Robert Schlager, Trevor Lawry, Casey Armstrong, Ignacio Rincón, Fernando Rincón, Ross Bryden and Brian Taylor.
Flower bearers were Emmeline Redding, Maya Redding, Cora Redding, Amelia Arnason and Aaron Arnason.
Following a honeymoon trip to Hanalei, Kauai, the couple will continue to make their home in Napa.
