North Bay Fire Relief Fund raised $18,030,650 as of November 3 to assist fire victims and aid relief efforts. RCU is paying for all administrative and transactional costs, so 100 percent of all donations go to fire victims and relief efforts. The North Bay Fire Relief Fund partnered with the County Office of Education in the affected counties to distribute $225,000 to children whose families have lost their homes. The support is provided through the gift cards for purchasing much-needed school clothes and supplies. The cards are distributed directly through the schools. Eighty students attending Napa Valley Unified School District (NVUSD) and five students attending Calistoga Joint Unified School District (CJUSD) are recipients of the gift cards for a total donation to Napa County families of $42,500.
