Lucy restaurant and bar at Yountville’s Bardessono Hotel & Spa has created a Christmas dinner selection that combines its signature modern eco-spirit with influences from traditional holiday fare. The result is a menu with dishes as the Seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras featuring huckleberry conserve, and the Braised Beef Osso Buco with cranberry bean cassoulet and carrot marmalade.
