Chef Malcolm de Sieyes of Silverado Cooking School and winemaker Kale Anderson host the inaugural Garden Dinner at Stone Tree Farm, de Sieyes’ farm in Coombsville, July 6 from 5 to 10 p.m. Anderson’s own label, Kale Wines, will be served with a multicourse dinner, centered around produce that is at the peak of season.
A California native with more than 10 years of winemaking experience, Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in viticulture and enology from UC Davis in 2002. After graduation he worked at Colgin Cellars’ Pritchard Hill Estate, Terra Valentine Winery and Cliff Lede Vineyards. He is director of winemaking for Pahlmeyer.
The Garden Dinner takes place the first Saturday of the month and features a different guest winemaker each month.
The cost for the sit-down dinner paired with wine is $150 per person, including tax and gratuity.
