La Toque restaurant at The Westin Verasa Napa, is serving its annual All Black Truffle Menu through Feb. 4.
Created by Chef Ken Frank, the menu features fresh black winter truffles in every course for $225; wine pairings are available for an additional $95.
This year’s menu includes Maine Lobster Bisque with Black Truffle, Winter Vegetable and Black Truffle Salad with Truffled Buttermilk, Truffle Scaled John Dory with Braised Cabbage, Oxtail, Parmesan and Black Truffle “Chawan Mushi," Truffled Rabbit Ballotine with Truffle Buttered Sushi Rice & Aibufera Sauce, Cowgirl Creamery Mt Tam ripened with Fresh Black Truffle, Black Truffle Crumpets andHazelnut Black Truffle Profiteroles.
Frank, a devotee of truffles, has been inducted into The Order of the Knights of the Truffle and Wines of Alba.
