Vintner Chris Hall and chef Stephen Barber have announced Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch’s Guest Chef Dinner featuring Sweden’s Johan Jureskog will take place on Friday, Sept. 15 at 6 p.m.

While Barber has welcomed celebrated chefs from across the country since April, this will be Long Meadow Ranch’s first guest chef dinner featuring a chef from across the pond.

Jureskog, Executive Chef and owner of AG and Rolf’s Kitchen in Stockholm, Sweden, will join the Farmstead team to prepare a family-style meal paired with Long Meadow Ranch wines.

Jureskog began his culinary career at age 14, and has worked in several Michelin star restaurants in France and Sweden. he is a member of Sweden’s National Cooking Team and has won both a Culinary National Championship and the Culinary Olympics. His restaurant, AG, has won “Beringer’s Meat Restaurant of the Year” three years consecutively.

Guests are invited to end their summer with the tastes of something a little different, and to welcome the international dishes of Jureskog for a fun and unforgettable way to close the season. Jureskog’s European influences and flavors are sure to create a Guest Chef dining experience unlike any before.

The dinner will begin with a reception at 6 p.m. with dinner starting at 7. Dinner will be available for $135 per person, excluding tax and gratuity.
