1.5 oz Fords Gin

.25 oz CP Estate Meyer limoncello

.25 oz Contratto vermouth bianco

1 oz carrot juice (freshly juiced carrots or store bought)

.5 oz Garden Herb Syrup (recipe follows) 

1 dash of chamomile tincture (recipe follows)

Pour the mixture into a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake hard for 10-15 seconds. Double strain into a couple glass.

Garnish with Fennel frond or Oregano leaves

Garden Herb Syrup

1.75 oz of caraway seed

1.75 oz of fresh fennel fronds

1.25 grams of fresh oregano

1 quart sugar

Chamomile Tincture

4 bunches chamomile

One liter Everclear

Place chamomile bunches in one liter of Everclear. Seal and store for three weeks. Remove solids by straining through a chinois.
