Signorello Estate has appointed Britny Sundin to estate chef. Sundin will oversee the winery’s extensive food and wine program including its Enoteca Tasting, Terrazzo Pairings and its annual Epicurean Summer Series.

A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Napa Valley, Sundin most recently was in-house chef at Chateau Montelena.

After completing an education in psychology, Sundin surprised her friends and family when she decided to make a career in food and wine and enrolled in the CIA.

At the CIA, Sundin developed her interest in exotic and regional cuisine while developing a philosophy of food and wine pairing that stressed experimentation and unusual matchings.
