WHAT TO DO: On Tuesday, the St. Helena Public Library, 1492 Library Lane in St. Helena, will be screening “A Mighty Wind,” directed by Christopher Guest.
Guest’s mockumentary about folk musicians of the 1960s preparing for a televised tribute concert stars Eugene Levy, Catherine O’Hara, Michael McKean and Jane Lynch. The songs featured in the film were written by cast members or CJ Vanston, one of Guest’s longtime collaborators, and “A Kiss at the End of the Rainbow,” performed by Levy and O’Hara, was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Song.
Admission is free. The screening begins at 7 p.m.
