WEATHER: For the 10th consecutive day, a winter Spare the Air alert is in effect.

Warmer temperatures, however, will stick around in Napa on Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service.

There will be a daytime high near 66 degrees, with light and variable winds.

Tuesday night's low will be around 34 degrees.

Sunrise is at 7:20 a.m., and sunset is at 4:51 p.m.

See the extended forecast at the Napa Valley Register weather page.

WHAT TO DO: On Tuesday, the St. Helena Public Library, 1492 Library Lane in St. Helena, will be screening “A Mighty Wind,” directed by Christopher Guest.

Guest’s mockumentary about folk musicians of the 1960s preparing for a televised tribute concert stars Eugene Levy, Catherine O’Hara, Michael McKean and Jane Lynch. The songs featured in the film were written by cast members or CJ Vanston, one of Guest’s longtime collaborators, and “A Kiss at the End of the Rainbow,” performed by Levy and O’Hara, was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Song.

Admission is free. The screening begins at 7 p.m.

IN THE NEWS: Register reporter Howard Yune took a little ride on Napa on Ice's Zamboni.

Take it from him: Smoothing out the downtown ice rink is harder than it looks.

Read everything you would ever want to know about the Zamboni but were possibly afraid to ask.
