A 21-year-old Napa man was arrested Wednesday evening on suspicion of possessing concentrated cannabis, police said.

Around 7 p.m. Wednesday, officers contacted Aaron Robles as he sat on a wall in the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 2500 block of Laurel Street, police said. Robles was allegedly seen trying to hide something when the officers drove up.

Police allegedly located the object and determined it to be concentrated cannabis wrapped in plastic, authorities said. He was arrested on suspicion of possession and booked into the Napa jail.

So he was minding his own business when police drove up and told him to empty his pockets? sounds like Napa cops are bored. Glad I live in Sac
