A 30-year-old Dixon man was arrested last week on suspicion of forcible rape and related charges after he allegedly assaulted a woman who visited the Yountville spa where he worked, the Napa County Sheriff’s Office said.
On April 13, the general manager of an inn in Yountville contacted authorities to report a woman had said she’d been sexually assaulted by a masseur, the Sheriff’s Office said. Authorities contacted the alleged victim, who had visited the spa on the afternoon of the 13th.
The woman identified the assailant as Elbrick Pasayes Albizures, who is also known as Elbrick Pasayes Jr., authorities said. Sheriff’s detectives conducted an investigation, compiled evidence and contacted witnesses, including Albizures.
Detectives obtained an arrest warrant from the Napa County District Attorney’s Office, the Sheriff’s Office said. Around 2:30 p.m. Thursday, detectives located Albizures at a residence in Vallejo and arrested him on suspicion of forcible rape; two counts of sexual, digital penetration by force, and sexual battery by restraint.
Albizures was booked into the Napa jail.
