A homeless woman ripped the shirt off of a man and scratched him near downtown Napa on Thursday morning, police reported.

Police responded to the fight shortly after 10 a.m. at Randolph and Fourth streets after receiving several calls from witnesses.

Karrie Casey, 37, was in an argument with a man when she allegedly attacked him, police said.

Casey is on three different probation orders, including an order “not to annoy” the man she allegedly attacked, according to Napa Police.

Casey was arrested and booked into the Napa County jail.

Where does one obtain an order “not to annoy?” I'll take 1,000.
