A 30-year-old Napa woman was arrested Wednesday afternoon after she was pulled over near First and McKinstry streets for vehicle violations, police said.

Esmeralda Fernandez, 30, who was wanted on an outstanding bench warrant for her arrest, was allegedly under the influence of a stimulant, police said. Her 3-year-old nephew was in the vehicle, police said.

Fernandez was booked into the Napa County jail on suspicion of child endangerment, unauthorized use of personal identification, driving under the influence, being under the influence of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended driver’s license and for a bench warrant, police said.
