A simple grave marker was dedicated Saturday to Titanic survivor Eino Lindquist, who died from a stroke at Napa State Hospital in 1958, at age 66. The RMS Titanic sank on April 15, 1912.

Lindquist was buried in a potter’s field at Tulocay Cemetery with other Napa State Hospital patients who could not afford a marker.

The site was dedicated during Napa County Landmarks’ annual walking tour of Tulocay Cemetery. The tour was led by Nancy Brennan, the cemetery’s historian.
