A man was caught having intercourse with a young girl he met on an underground social networking site has pleaded no contest to the crime.
Attorneys have agreed to an 11-year prison sentence.
Aaron Beck, 30, a resident of Chatsworth, met the 14-year-old victim on vampirefreaks.com and began corresponding with her, according to court documents.
In early February, he took a train to Napa from Simi Valley to meet her, court documents say. He was caught in a bedroom with the girl on Feb. 3.
Beck was charged with eight counts of lewd acts with a child and a count of burglary. The burglary charge stems from entering her home with an intent to commit a crime, prosecutors said.
Napa attorney Michael Keeley, representing Beck, and Deputy District Attorney Paul Gero both declined to comment.
The abuse started on Feb. 1 and continued through Feb. 3 until he was caught, the complaint alleges.
Beck was previously convicted of a sex offense in Ventura County in 2008.
Late last month, Beck pleaded no contest to three of the alleged sex offenses and the burglary charge.
He also admitted to being a sex offender.
Judge Rodney Stone set a sentencing for 8:30 a.m. Sept. 22 in Department F.
