A woman was arrested and booked into the Napa County jail Thursday morning after officers went to an apartment complex in the 200 block of Hartle Court, where she was allegedly throwing items from an upstairs balcony, according to Napa police.

Rebecca Laura Olivieri, 48, of Napa, allegedly was under the influence of alcohol in violation of the terms of her probation, said police, who responded at about 11:45 p.m. Wednesday.

She is also suspected of harassing a 55-year-old man, violating a restraining order, police said. The personal belongings Olivieri allegedly threw from the balcony belonged to the man, police said.

Olivieri was booked into the Napa County jail on suspicion of probation violation, public intoxication and violation of a domestic violence restraining order, police said.
