Early clouds will linger in the Napa area before sunny conditions gradually take over, according to the National Weather Service.

Patchy fog is likely before 11 a.m. and cloudy skies should last until mid-morning, before local skies gradually clear. The high temperature forecast is 80 degrees at Napa County Airport.

Clouds will increase after dark, with light fog returning after 11 p.m., as the overnight low reaches 51.

Daytime winds are expected to measure 5-10 mph from the south-southwest, shifting in the evening to the west-southwest at 5-11 mph.

Generally sunny daytime skies and low-80s temperatures are forecast throughout the week.

Tuesday: 83 / 52 — sunny, then partly cloudy after dark

Wednesday: 79 / 52 — sunny, turning mostly cloudy in the evening

Thursday: 80 / 52 — mostly sunny, becoming partly cloudy at night
