Winds are again expected to blow through the Napa area Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service.

Speeds should reach 11-16 mph from the south in the afternoon, gusting to 21 mph. Nighttime winds are expected to reach 7-14 mph from the south, with gusts up to 18 mph.

Sunny skies are forecast for the region, but with the high temperature falling back to 74 degrees and the overnight low to 45 at Napa County Airport.

Temperatures are expected to fall back into the upper 60s on Thursday before returning to the mid-70s and higher during the weekend, the weather service reports.

Thursday: 68 / 44 — sunny with a west-southwest wind of 6-9 mph; west wind at 6-13 mph after dark

Friday: 75 / 45 — sunny

Saturday: 78 / 47 — sunny

Sunday: 76 / 46 — sunny

Monday: 74 / 45 — sunny
