City of Napa Public Works - please do something with this very dangerous cross walk. This is the second time in a year that I have called 911 and have run into the street to try to help someone from hit by a vehicle while trying to cross the street on Jefferson and H Streets cross walks. I own Grapeleaf Graphics and my customers walk over and try to cross from Copy Corner and use that same crosswalk and the cars do not see it and rarely stop for pedestrians. I think they are looking ahead at the street light on Jefferson and Lincoln and are oblivious to this cross walk two blocks South of it. It's alway cars turning from H Street Corner onto Jeffferson Street going North which are not seeing the people trying to walk across the street and someone gets seriously hurt. It's TIME to do SOMETHING NOW- Please! before someone looses their life.
