A 49-year-old Calistoga man was arrested on suspicion of drug and paraphernalia possession after he was stopped for allegedly running a red light with his bicycle, the Napa Police Department said in a news release.

Around 9:30 p.m. Friday, an officer stopped Richard Noel Dalporto for allegedly running a red light at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and California Boulevard, police said. Dalporto allegedly had concentrated cannabis and a methamphetamine pipe that contained a usable amount of methamphetamine.

Dalporto was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance, possessing concentrated cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said. He was booked into the Napa jail.
