A Napa County Sheriff’s deputy arrested a man Friday night after he saw him smoking suspected marijuana at a Starbucks drive-through in the 200 block of Soscol Avenue, according to  the Napa County Sheriff’s Office.

The driver, Agustin Contreras Bravo, 21, of Napa, was on probation with terms not to smoke marijuana, according to the Sheriff’s Office.

Bravo was booked into the Napa County jail on suspicion of probation violation, according to the jail logs.

    I thought MJ was legal? Glad to know our local cops are on staying top of these high priority crimes...

    Drinking is legal....drinking and driving is not legal. Get it?
    When someone is showing a such blantant disregard, an officer has no choice but to cite him.
