Napa Police have announced its second arrest for suspected felony graffiti vandalism in as many months.

Edgar David Fuentes, 21, was detained at 7:58 a.m. Saturday at his home in the 900 block of El Nora Court. He was booked into the Napa County Jail on one felony and eight misdemeanor vandalism counts.

The felony count is connected to graffiti sprayed onto a Solano Avenue billboard advertising a real estate agency, according to police Sgt. Todd Shulman, who said felony allegations are reserved for vandalism causing more than $450 in damage.

Fuentes is believed to have used the pseudonym "Eman" at places where he left graffiti, and also is thought to have sometimes worked at the same buildings as another suspected graffiti creator arrested last month, Shulman added.

The previous suspect, 22-year-old Izaiah Wayne Metcalf-Valles, is suspected to have spray-painted several dozen buildings, bridges, fences and signs with various versions of "Nobody," Napa Police said at the time.
