An 18-year-old Napa man is facing allegations of robbery and other felonies in connection with a vehicle theft, according to police.
At 12:30 a.m. Monday, a man outside a laundromat in the 2900 block of First Street showed another person a gun in his waistband, took the keys to the victim's vehicle and drove away with it, according to police Cpl. Dominic DeGuilio. Officers were then called to the In-N-Out Burger at 820 W. Imola Ave. at 12:53 a.m. after reports of a man brandishing a firearm there, DeGuilio said.
At the In-N-Out, police detained Jorge J. Salinas and found the vehicle that had been reported stolen, according to Deguilio. Salinas was booked into the Napa County jail for investigation of robbery, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
