A man was arrested Wednesday afternoon after he allegedly tried to flee Kohl’s on First Street in a car with a pair a stolen shoes, according to Napa Police.

Roberto Vasquez Rodriguez, 25, of Napa, was arrested after he allegedly hit a parked car, police said. He was found in the driver’s seat trying to put on the shoes allegedly stolen from the store, police said. The pair was worth $70.

Rodriguez was booked into the Napa County jail on suspicion of burglary, police said. A second suspect allegedly involved in the incident fled on foot and has not been found.
