The Napa County Elections Division said Friday that three voters in the county had received Spanish-language voter’s pamphlets when they were supposed to receive English-language pamphlets.

A third-party vendor that prints the materials was responsible for the mix-up, and the voters have received new pamphlets, Registrar of Voters John Tuteur said in a news release.

Tuteur said any vote-by-mail voter that received the wrong language pamphlet, or has yet to receive ballots, should contact the Elections Division at elections@countyofnapa.org, or at 707-253-4422. The deadline to register to vote is Monday, and residents can do so online at www.registertovote.ca.gov, or use registration forms available at the Election Division or in other municipal offices.
