NSIB: Pimp arrested in Napa

A 35-year-old Suisun City man was arrested on suspicion of pimping and pandering after he allegedly set up a meeting between a prostitute and an undercover detective, according to the Napa Special Investigations Bureau.

NSIB detectives began communicating last month with someone on the web who was advertising activities related to sex trafficking online in Napa County. Through the ad holder, detectives set up a meeting with a suspected prostitute for Oct. 31.

The suspected prostitute was detained and released while her pimp, Harold Domingue II, was arrested on the 200 block of Coombs Street on suspicion of pimping and pandering. Domingue was booked at the Napa County jail and released after posting $10,000 bail.
