A confrontation Saturday morning between two men ended with the arrest of one of the men on a felony threat allegation, according to Napa Police.
At 9:21 a.m., officers were called to a disturbance in the 400 block of Even Street, according to Sgt. Heath Morrison. Paul Price Gaytan, 29, had followed another man to that man's girlfriend's house and asked his help in selling a skateboard. When the man refused, Gaytan, became angry, raised the skateboard in a threatening manner and threatened to kill the other man, Morrison said.
Police detained Gaytan, who has no listed address, and booked him into the Napa County jail on suspicion of making a criminal threat, as well as two counts of violating his probation.
