A 25-year-old Napa man was found at an apartment complex on the 3000 block of Browns Valley Road with suspected cocaine packaged for sale on Thursday morning, according to Napa Police.

Police said that Jesse Ray Vaughan was passed out in the driver’s seat of a vehicle with suspected heroin in plain view when they responded about 9 a.m. Upon searching the vehicle, officers located additional heroin as well as cocaine packaged for sale, Xanax and ecstasy pills, and cash, police said.

Vaughan, who is on probation, was arrested and booked at the Napa County jail on suspicion of a having controlled substance packaged for sale.

He is being held on $50,000 bail.
