A Napa man arrested after a reported domestic dispute faces an allegation of threatening a police officer while being detained, according to Napa Police.
Officers arrested Ronald Anthony Garza, 34, on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery at the Kohl's at 1116 First St. While being booked into the Napa County jail, Garza verbally threatened the arresting officer and the officer's family, according to Sgt. Todd Shulman.
The alleged threats resulted in an additional felony count of resisting arrest, Shulman said.
