Join Napa Valley residents at a St. Helena town hall meeting Friday at 7 p.m. at the upper valley campus of Napa Valley College 1088 College Avenue. Panel members from different political parties — Democrats, Republicans, Greens, and Libertarians — answer questions from the audience. Each panel member has 1 minute for a provisional response to the question, followed by an open discussion (among panel members only) of the issues raised by the question. The emphasis of the discussion is on quality and depth of response to the question, rather than on trying to address as many issues as possible./Register
