Eunice M. Floyd, 95, entered into rest on Sunday, March 17, 2013.

Mrs. Floyd was born on Jan. 10, 1918 in Portsmouth, Va. Eunice was a loving mother and wonderful homemaker; her kind spirit will be remembered by all who knew and loved her. Her husband, George Alvin Floyd, preceded her in death.

Her memory will forever be treasured by her children, Carol F. Wagner, Napa, Calif.; Curtis R. Floyd (Liz), Henderson, N.C.; Fred C. Floyd (Sallie), Eatonton, Ga.; Harold E. Floyd (Lea), Warner Robins, Ga.; eight grandchildren, Lyn Gagetta, Janet Wagner, both of Napa; Carl Wagner, Dallas, Texas; Kathy F. Nixon, Winston Salem, N.C.; Kevin Floyd, Elizabeth City, N.C.; Mollie F. Flowe, Durham, N.C.; Julianne F. Ward, Welshpool, Wales, United Kingdom; Jason J. Floyd, Kathleen, Ga.; and 13 great-grandchildren.
