The Wildcats’ last game was Oct. 31, a 47-0 win over Cristo Rey (Sacramento). Running back Joshua Monroy rushed for a school-record six touchdowns. The Panthers crushed Potter Valley 54-0.

Round Valley cancels game with Calistoga HighFriday’s rescheduled varsity football game between Calistoga High and Round Valley (Covelo) has been deemed a forfeit win in Calistoga’s favor, Calistoga High athletic director Jake Blakeley and varsity football head coach Mike Ervin confirmed on Monday and Wednesday, respectively.

Calistoga (1-5) at Cristo Rey-Sacramento (1-6)Last week: Calistoga lost 33-0 to Point Arena as Joshua Monroy carried 30 times for 153 yards to lead the Wildcats. Cristo Rey lost 38-8 to Valley Christian as quarterback Patrick Bakes scored the Saints’ lone touchdown on a 42-yard run. Bakes also scored the two-point conversion.

Potter Valley (0-4) at Calistoga (0-3)Last week: Calistoga lost 37-7 to St. Bernard (Eureka). Joshua Monroy led the Wildcats with 19 carries for 80 yards and one touchdown. The Wildcats trailed 13-7 late in the first half but the Crusaders responded with 20 unanswered points. Potter Valley lost 27-14 to South Fork, which scored 14 fourth-quarter points to build a 27-6 lead.
